TheSkinnery's 'Minimal Eye Palette' @ ACCESS (Dec 12, 2019 - Jan 8, 2020).
Only BoM layers, available are 10 eye-palettes with all kind of lines, shades and dots, aswell 3 additional winter-blushes for nose & cheek area.
Used: Eye Palette 'White Snake' & Winter Blush 'Snowflake'

I already mentioned about Birth's 'Glimmer Eyes' @ Winter Fair (Dec 12, 2019 - Jan 9, 2020 / more info here) and it's content & options, but here's I used one of the included, 'Shiver Eye' texture, which has a whooping 24 color-range.

Avi-Glam also released their 1st gift during December 'Tinsel Lashes' @ Mainstore, which is needing group join (5L).
The 'Tinsel Lashes' are glittery looking lashes and is tintable - only available for Catwa & Genus.
